Iglu Tower required one of Australia's largest prefabricated brick facade installations — 3,300m² across a high-rise student housing development. The project demanded curtain-wall integration, tight programme delivery, and the aesthetic of full brick at a fraction of the structural load.
Modular Masonry Group delivered prefabricated Nexbrick™ panels crane-lifted directly into the curtain-wall substrate. Factory-controlled production removed weather dependency. The 55kg/m² system weight eliminated the structural penalty of traditional masonry at height.
