Nexbrick is

Faster

Nexbrick can be installed onsite faster than traditional brickwork, prepared offsite as facade panels, or integrated into modular and prefabricated building elements. Reduced reliance on traditional bricklaying trades, less site time and improved programme certainty across commercial, residential and modular projects of all scales.

Nexbrick is

Safer

The Nexbrick brick and rail system weighs approximately 52 kg/m², a fraction of traditional masonry. This reduced facade weight lowers structural requirements, simplifies work at height and makes sites safer overall. The system can be installed directly on-site, or assembled into prefabricated panels and craned into position, depending on the project.

Process

How the Nexbrick process works

We process and supply the complete Nexbrick™ kit for installation onsite by your trades or our trusted installers.

1

Order Received

We assess the facade requirements, including the project type, design intent, substrate, access, structure, brick finish, detailing and installation conditions. This helps determine the best Nexbrick™ pathway for the project.

2

Material Processing

Selected bricks are cut into real brick facings and prepared for the Nexbrick™ system. Each facing is processed to suit the project requirements, including brick size, bond pattern, corner details, custom formats or module type.

3

Packing & Dispatch

Nexbrick™ units, materials and tools are securely packed and prepared for delivery. Depending on the project scope, this may include brick facings, rails, fixings, mortar, pointing guns, and cleaning products.

4

Onsite Installation

Nexbrick™ is installed onsite by suitable trades or trusted installers. The system is designed to be straightforward to install, with minimal training required and installation guidance available where needed.

5

Completion

Once the brick facings are installed, the facade is finished with real mortar, cleaned and allowed to dry. The result is a genuine masonry finish with the texture, depth and appearance of traditional brickwork.
